I purchased an item from the in-game shop
There are two kinds of items you can get from the in-game shop. Gems (our in-game currency), bundles, and special offers, all purchasable with real money, as well as miscellaneous items that cost Gems (like Potions or Shards). Depending on the item you acquired, follow the steps below to address your issue:
I purchased an item with Gems
If you purchased an item with Gems and didn't receive it, please follow these steps before reaching out to our Support Team:
- Close the Fableborne app and make sure it's not running in the background.
- Restart the game.
- If the item you purchased is still missing from your account, move on to step 3.
- If you're playing on an Android device, you can also try clearing the app's cache. Go to Settings > Apps, choose Fableborne, tap Storage & Cache and tap Clear Cache.
- Try uninstalling and reinstalling Fableborne in your device. Please keep in mind that, if you haven't linked your Pixion ID to a social media account, you might lose access to it.
If none of these steps work, kindly access your User Dashboard on the Fableborne website and navigate to your Order History. Locate your transaction, take a screenshot, and submit a request to our Support Team explaining the issue you're facing. We'll investigate further, and help you find a solution as soon as possible.
I purchased an item with real money
All real-money transactions you perform in the game's shop are processed through your device's store (App Store or Play Store). This may sometimes take longer than expected, with some transactions taking up to three business days to complete depending on your payment method.
If your purchase hasn't come through and it's been over three business days, please reach out to our Support Team with a copy of your receipt, the name of the item you acquired, and the amount you paid for it.
