On the Webshop using $POWER

Wallet payments can fail due to several reasons. Most frequently, insufficient funds for gas fees or issues with your wallet connection prevent your transaction from being successful. Keep in mind that, while your purchase will cost $POWER, you still need RON to pay for the gas fee, so make sure you restock if needed. 

In case you're experiencing connectivity issues, please try unlinking your wallet from your Pixion ID and linking it again. Sometimes, issues on the Ronin servers may cause failed transactions, and they resolve on their own after a few minutes. In case the problem persists, please contact our support team for assistance. 

Another common issue is setting a very low gas limit. In this case, network conditions are likely so congested that there isn't space in any blocks for such a "cheap" transaction, sometimes for a very long time. Eventually, this transaction will become "stale", and will have to be cancelled before you can attempt to purchase again. 

On the Play Store or the App Store

Several factors could lead to the failure of your mobile payment:

  • Lack of Funds: If your mobile payment has a spending cap, any purchase that exceeds this limit will be unsuccessful. Additionally, your account might not possess sufficient funds to cover the transaction cost.
  • Expired Transaction: If you fail to reply to the confirmation message during the purchase process, your transaction might expire. To make a successful purchase, initiate a new transaction and promptly respond to the confirmation message.
  • Network Interruption: Network disturbances might inhibit the sending of confirmation messages, leading to a failed transaction. Ensure that your network connection is reliable and steady prior to initiating a purchase.

Don't forget that transactions performed from the in-game shop will be processed by your device's store (App Store or Play Store). Please reach out to your app's support team so they can help you determine the cause of the failed payment.
