If you purchased an item with real money or $POWER, please make sure you include a screenshot of your purchase receipt with the following elements:
- Order ID (or GPA number if it’s from Google)
- Date of purchase
- Cost and payment method/wallet address
If you purchased an item in the game using Gems, please include the following details in your request:
- Date of purchase
- Name and amount of the item you purchased
- A screenshot of your Purchase History from your User Dashboard
