If you purchased an item with real money or $POWER, please make sure you include a screenshot of your purchase receipt with the following elements: 

  • Order ID (or GPA number if it’s from Google)
  • Date of purchase
  • Cost and payment method/wallet address

If you purchased an item in the game using Gems, please include the following details in your request: 

  • Date of purchase
  • Name and amount of the item you purchased
  • A screenshot of your Purchase History from your User Dashboard
