A gas fee is the cost you pay to perform transactions or run operations on a blockchain. Gas fees are required to pay for the computational resources needed to process and validate actions on the blockchain, and can be fixed or variable depending on how busy the network is.
On the Ronin Blockchain, you can edit the Gas fee you pay, as well as the speed at which your transaction will be processed. You will have three options to choose from:
- Normal
- Fast
- Custom
Normal and Fast speeds are preset gas fees, and you will be able to set your preferred gas price in Custom as you see fit.
